Energy Healing & Rebalancing
Are you looking to reduce stress or pain (physical or emotional), and to regain balance, focus, flow and ease in your life?
This is Dina’s signature service, now offered via zoom or phone (no physical office at this time).
Using a combination of Reiki, Karuna Reiki, IET, breathwork, channeling, shamanic breath and bodywork, coaching, crystals (sometimes), and interconnected energies healing (™), Dina looks for places where your energy system is tangled, smothered, out of alignment, or otherwise in less than optimal flow, and works with you to get it untangled and realigned as the session unfolds and progresses.
You will be seated to start, and then you’ll be asked to relax, lean back or recline, or shift to a bed or couch for interconnected energy healing (™) as we move along with the work.
Or it may be that Spirit instead directs me to bring through information for you, or to do some untangling and realigning and then teach you (or remind you of) some tools to help you remain in balance after our time together closes.
We always start with intention, but I can never predict where we’ll go. But we will end, always, with you feeling relief and hope again.
Option 1: ENERGY HEALING FULL SESSION: 60 – 75 minutes depending on what comes to my attention or awareness for untangling and realigning during the session.

Option 2: ENERGY HEALING 30 MINUTE SESSION: This is a much quicker but no less deep session. Fair warning — it can be intense!
COST: sliding scale from $25 – $65 USD. Yes, you read that right. If you are struggling financially in these uncertain and chaotic times, but still want/need a session, I am happy to work with you to find a service cost you can afford for this one. Really. Just ask, and we’ll figure it out.

Distance Healing for You or for a Loved One
A Distance Healing session with Dina Kennedy is an incredibly powerful energy untangling and realignment experience.
This work can help someone get untangled from the trauma and fears of chronic disease, provide healing and untangling of the energy and emotional bodies from surgery or other physical trauma (even years after the fact), mitigate the side effects of chemotherapy and radiation, release and ease emotional tauma and/or shock, and provide wonderful physical release and recovery after intense exertion.
The session takes place after Dina receives a certain set of information points from you, and when Spirit tells her NOW. Interestingly, that is often while you or the person you are gifting this too is asleep (and your, or their, resistance to such an idea is low).
You can purchase this session for yourself, or for a loved one. If for a loved one, they don’t even need to know it’s coming or that it took place for it to be effective! I will always ask for permission energetically before I begin.
On the VERY rare occasion that I get a “No” when I link up and ask, energetically, if the person wants the energy work (it’s happened just 3x in 26 years!), I will offer the session credit back to you to use in another way.
For this session we are connected energetically only (no set appointment time), and I always disconnect our energies when done.
After I complete the work I will send you an email telling you about some of what I heard, sensed, felt, and did during the Distance Healing session.

Personal Readings & Channeled Messages with Certified Angel Card Reader & Channel Dina Kennedy, 2 Options!
Option 1: Pull Me A Card, Dina!
One question, one card pulled in response to the question, one email with the reading and with an image of the card sent to you upon completion of the reading.
What’s not to love?
The question needs to be direct, not an either/or, or can simply be: “Dina, what do the angels want me to know today?”

Option 2: Full Reading via Zoom or email
For this one, we’ll focus on an area of interest or challenge in your life, and I will do an oracle card spread and reading/channeling around that topic for you.
We can do this live via zoom where you can watch me do the spread and hear the reading as I unfold it (there will be pauses where I don’t speak but just digest what’s arising or listen to Spirit), or you can send me an email with your area of interest or challenge, and I will do a spread and channel through the message for you, then send it to you, along with a photo I of the cards, via email.
Your choice.
The session takes from 45 minutes to an hour, depending on how chatty the cards, the angels, and the spirits and guides are feeling!
